Yin yoga is a passive style of yoga that holds mainly seated and supine poses for several minutes each, to allow the connective tissues in the body to release and relax, simultaneously calming and refocusing the mind. Leave feeling connected to community and relaxed in your own body.

PLEASE NOTE: You must adhere to our standard cancellation cancellation for these free classes. You can cancel 8+ hours before a class, but if you don't and are a no-show, you will be expected a $15 fee out of respect for those who may have missed out on a spot.
