BARRE SWEAT
Barre Sweat is a step up from our regular Barre Base class and is a great way to apply the technique you've been working hard on in your regular classes to some cardio-focused movements. The class is still low-impact but is designed to get the heart racing a little more. Please know there are still options available for all fitness levels. So if you need to take it gentler, you can! As always, everyone is supported.
Who is this class for?
All are welcome. The difference with this class is that we offer more cardio/faster-paced options for those wanting to focus on cardiovascular health. You can expect many of the same movements from a standard barre class, with options to move more quickly or intensify movements if you feel ready.
PLEASE NOTE
You can cancel any booking made via Punchpass 8+ hours before a session. In signing this document, you understand and agree that Barre Base will charge a $15 fee for any no-shows or late cancellations. This is to protect our business and so other clients do not miss out on fully booked classes.
