VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow is constructed around surya namaskar sun salutation flows that are designed to energise and wake up your body. You'll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building strength and endurance as you find that edge between strength and ease. We always finish classes with slower and more mindful postures to find stillness and space for the body and mind.

This class will be faster-paced than our Yoga Barre and evening yoga/stretching classes and is designed to get your blood flowing. The barre will not be involved in this class, further challenging your balance and posture.

Who is this class for?
This is an intermediate+ level yoga class, however, we still offer levels and regressions to clients who need to take a step back.

PLEASE NOTE
You can cancel any booking made via Punchpass 8+ hours before a session. In signing this document, you understand and agree that Barre Base will charge a $15 fee for any no-shows or late cancellations. This is to protect our business and so other clients do not miss out on fully booked classes.
