3 Month Membership: Pay in Full
Signing up for a 3-Month membership will cost you $520 for 13 weeks ($25 saving compared to paying fortnightly). This offers you, unlimited classes, at Barre Base. Members also receive discounts for special events and workshops.
By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms.
Barre Base Membership Terms and Conditions
FEES
a) The client agrees to pay the full instalment using Stripe, our chosen and secure payment gateway.
b) Barre Base will allow clients to freeze memberships for a maximum of 2 weeks (in which time you are not required to make your fortnightly payment.) The freeze period is there for bereavement or severe poor health and must be approved by Barre Base.
c) We allow x1 hold throughout 3-month membership. This hold is 2-weeks in length only and must be approved by Barre Base before the hold is activated.

e) Barre Base will make no refunds of any fees paid by the clients.
f) Fees are fixed throughout the duration of the contract that you agree to.
TERMINATION
Termination of Membership by Barre Base: Barre Base may terminate the membership if the client: a) is behaving in a way which is detrimental to the operation of Barre Base and the welfare of each other client, and b) or by extenuating circumstances by mutual agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as provided in the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 or as provided elsewhere in the agreement, Barre Base shall not be liable or responsible to the client for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage to the person or property of the client, whatsoever and howsoever arising.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel your booking 8+ hours before a class commences. You can do this through your Punchpass account. If you cancel within this window or do not show to a class, you will be expected to pay a $15 no-show/late cancel fee. This is to protect all members as well as us as a small business. Please be careful when making bookings. Be sure you’re
not overbooking yourself for classes that you will not attend.
