In this class, we'll focus on building a strong foundation for your body with a series of mat Pilates exercises. By developing core stability, improving flexibility, and building overall strength, you'll prepare yourself to tackle more challenging barre exercises with greater ease and control.

Throughout the class, we'll use a range of Pilates techniques to strengthen the body as a whole - including our posture muscles, arms, core, hips, back, and legs. You'll be guided through a series of exercises that will challenge your strength and endurance, while also helping to improve your posture and alignment.

Who is this class for?
This class is suitable for anybody. There are plenty of levelled options for beginners, but plenty of opportunities to push yourself if you're ready.
